0001200012 Rapport
It all starts with knowing you as a couple. Sometimes there is a head start in this as most weddings I photograph are the
result of meeting me at a friends' or family members' weddings but in almost all cases it involves two meetings (one for
reserving and one pre-wedding planning meeting) and at least one engagement session. These experiences set up my
knowledge of you (and family/friends) so that everyone is comfortable expressing their own style.
0002500025 Engagement Sessions
The best places for engagement sessions  can be where you had your first date or your favourite places you go to
together. Because these spots are familiar to you your initial comfort level will lend a certain amount of confidence to
your posture and make you feel less self conscious, I will casually pose you and help you to make posture alterations for
pictures. Ultimately the sessions will feel like we just went for a walk together conversing and occasionally stopping to
make a picture or two followed by more walking and talking. The engagement pictures will be posted on a password
protected online gallery where you can download them to share on your favourite social media platforms and to print on
a save-the-date, an invitation, guest book, wall print for signings or anything else.

Planning
Between 1 and 2 months before your wedding we will meet (either in person or by phone or email) to work out a
schedule of my services for the day, from this I will compose a timeline, a must have "shot list" and the names of key
people. This timeline will be emailed to you for your records and corrections to be emailed back to me anytime
up to your wedding date.

Preparation Part 1
After our meeting I will visit the venues in person (or in the case of destination weddings visit websites and google Earth) to check on site changes, best photograph locations and estimate travel times between them. I will attach information to my version of the timeline.

0002600026 Preparation Part 2
Two days prior to your wedding all five of my cameras, their lenses, flashes undergo a thorough testing & cleaning while memory cards are formatted and everything, except batteries, are packed. The collection of batteries are plugged in for recharging and, if some were noted as used up at the previous wedding, replaced. On the morning of your wedding all equipment is unpacked and loaded with their batteries and memory cards - ready for action.

Day of Wedding

Our Arrival
We will be on site approximately 30 minutes prior to the agreed upon starting time and will unpack our equipment for
immediate use. We will follow the schedule with the knowledge that sometimes (many times) the timeline will need to be
adjusted to conform with the challenge of late arriving guests and other things that might happen.

Dining
If you would like us to take pictures during your reception then two guest meals will be required - you can seat us
anywhere of your choosing...sometimes we get great stories and pictures by sitting with the "outer circle" guests and
sometimes we have better access to take pictures whilst eating in the bar area. If you do not wish pictures taken during
the reception then we will be taking a paid one and a half hour break to go offsite to dine on our own.

Photo Booth you can, please provide the props and we will provide 30 minutes, the backdrop and picture taking for
downloadable pictures from our website in a special gallery.

Post-Wedding
At whatever time we finish at your wedding we return to our home office and download all of the RAW files into an
external hard drive. The next day we cull the photographs and create a shortlist of best photographs and then start
editing the RAW files using Adobe Lightroom (balancing lighting, straightening, adding vibrance and correcting
blemishes) . Once this process is complete we then create very large JPG files from the original files and create a back
up of these images onto a USB flash drive (about 5 days post-wedding). We then select specific photographs (normally
around 20-35) to add Adobe Photoshop  touches and filters to along with creating some black & white and panoramic
portraits that were prepared for on your wedding day - while this is going on a gallery of watermarked low resolution
photographs will be loaded onto a private gallery for you to view and share - because it is private you will be able to
download the photographs so that you can share them onto your favourite social media platforms. As photographs are
edited they will be uploaded to your gallery over time. Within 2 months of your wedding a flash drive of all of your
edited photographs, non-watermarked & high resolution, will be sent to you for self printing and for your records.
